Why does this office never answer the phone???? I have called many times & it just keeps ringing & no way to leave a message. Are they still open or shut down? I've called 3 days this week. I've read some reviews and ladies at front desk can be short & uncaring with answers. What I hate about it person can sit there for 3 hours before your pet gets seen even if have appointment.
