This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. My emergency surgery that had already been neglected for 2 months was rescheduled the day before because of “son’s wedding”. Dr. Zweig is the worst “medical professional” I’ve ever had to deal with. He is unorganized, not consistent, and very neglectful. After coming to this establishment for 2 year I was misdiagnosed many times and the horrible patient care is just unbelievable.
Staff fails to check messages, or to send prescriptions to the pharmacy in a reasonable time. Regardless of the severity. Would not recommend.
I have to fight over and over again to get Dr. Ringer to find time to sign my prescriptions. All he has to do is sign. The rest of the staff meets with me and sends it to the pharmacy but, I consistently have to wait 4+ business days for Dr. Ringer to sign. Then I have to make a fuss just to find out what is going on as I never hear back from anyone to say they got my message or are working on it. I will be looking for a new doctor that makes doing their job aka taking care of their patients a priority.
Dr. Craig Colby listens to the patient and tries to make sure my needs were met. He is a great doctor and I recommend this office to anyone. He doesn't make you feel like your being ( treated and streeted) there is no feeling of being rushed through like these other docs in a box.
