Office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I do not care for Dr. Dawson and her demeanor. When I accompany my partner, she doesn't look at me or acknowledge me in the room. When I help my partner ask questions, she seem offended that we question her when we have every right to question decisions regarding our/his Healthcare. Can never get anyone on the phone for my medical records. Trying to switch doctors because of the mediocre service and STILL cannot get anyone on the phone for my records release paperwork.
