My son and I opened accounts here recently. It was a great experience. Sydney was wonderful and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good. Faith and Jenny were also great! Fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
I LOVE THIS BANK!! They not only have my business accounts but they helped me get a checking account for my daughter, who had banking issues in the past. They were incredible and understanding. Cela and Kevin are so helpful. I can not say enough good things about this bank. If you want a bank that truly cares then this is the bank you need to use.
Amazing customer service from Faith and Cela! They made the processing of my cashiers check seamless and easier than ever. I received a warm welcome upon my arrival and offered coffee and snacks. They were clearly happy to help me even without an active account. Not to mention it was a check that’s larger than usual. I highly recommend opening an account with OSB, especially at this location! It’s always a great banking experience with OSB, you won’t be disappointed.
Mrs Garza was fantastic. We had a death in the family and she was kind apologetic and polite while she moved the money around for the new situation.
