I have had better service and more knowledgeable people at animal shelters. This ER is a nasty place riddled with overweight, under educated people many of whom appear to be lesbians who are more concerned with their Facebook status pic of their most recent lower back tattoo than taking care of patients. Everyone one “watching” the patient took at least 3 or more cell phone calls. It is VERY evident why this place went bankrupt and got bought out by Navicent (bless their hearts) who will lose tons of money on this deal. Clos... read more
The place is a complete disaster. Staff is very rude and uncaring. The security cares more about their personal friends than the actual patients. The place as a whole is a complete and utter trainwreck. I cannot stress enough how horrible the staff is. Not much information is given to you and they have very unprofessional tendencies toward patients.
