VERY RUDE We were told to come there just to be talked to disrespectfully as if we were just some ignorant black people that didn't know better. I'll take my complaint to State Dept in Columbia. Do better
I thought they were very friendly, and also made me feel comfortable.
This place is the epitome of government inefficiency. Folks just sitting around with no motivation to do their job in a professional & timely manner. I made an appointment for a vaccination. Showed up 10 minutes early, checked in, and then sat and waited for 40 minutes. Finally notified receptionist I would need to reschedule. Was told I would have to call back to reschedule because they were unable to do so there. Soooooo disappointing and soooooo typical.
