I couldn't be happier with my experience with James and his crew. First, shop manager Todd insured they had all necessary parts prior to me dropping off my truck, to allow for the shortest amount of time without my vehicle. Michelle, in the office, gave me a call on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with any updates on repair progress and allowed for any questions I may have had. Went to a well know body shop in Athens and had a TERRIBLE experience there. They told us it would take 3-6 weeks to get it done and estimated a whopping total of $4500. Gave me no invoice or breakdown of the costs, when I asked they got mad and became very rude. Instead we went to Oconee Collision and had the exact opposite experience.
