Very Professional - documented all issues and very through in explaining what they had found. Highly recommend !
I called back in November for a cleaning and inspection. For $400 dollars they cleaned the firebox and after inspection, said I needed a $5000 upgrade. Had another company come out and replaced what needed to be done for $1000.00. Upon completion they said the flue needed to be cleaned. Therefore I got robbed from not having flue cleaned out by Oconee. Will never use them ever again.

Don informed us that our wood burning stove as well as the stovepipe was completely rusted out and unusable and the ONLY solution was to pay him $7895 to fully replace our entire system. He refused to inspect other parts of our system, like the factory installed fan. We got a second opinion by a retired professional who told us that there is nothing wrong with the chimney or the stove. The cast iron stove is only 15-20 years old.
