I waited to post a review of my experience with my new hearing aids and the service to get them to work as expected until I had the full experience. I can say that the team is very professional and very good at listening and getting feedback to make your hearing as best as can be resolved. Dr. Greb and the staff were all exceptionally courteous, professional, and confidence inspiring.
this was my 2nd time with two different audiologists. Each was very thorough. It is a much more complete test with different kinds of sounds to identify. It is much better than the technician covered by my insurance
