I have been around for awhile, so I have had the privilege to experience many hospitals. Also I had the opportunity to volunteer for ten years in pre-op/post-op at Community Hospital in Indianapolis. April 19th I had hand surgery at Ocom North. I have never encountered a more friendly and smiling staff than at your hospital and doctor office's. As a patient i can tell you that everyone associated with this hospital from my surgeon, nurses, nursing assistants, dietary staff and anyone else I failed to mention were professional, kind, considerate and extremely helpful. Not only did they take great care of me, they were also considerate of my wife who stayed there with me. I have had experiences at several hospitals and this one by far exceeded the rest. I just want to inform anyone whom wants to work for ocom in the business office. One supervisor is very unapproachable and rude as can be talks about other co workers behind their backs. Even told her boss she was and yet she still holds the position. Great way to run your business ocom. They sure don't treat everyone the same. I wouldn't recommend a rodent working with these type of people. They make sure they make themselves look good to make others look bad. Wish I never worked at such a hateful place.
On the surface its as good as any other but I've been a patient there twice and both times was put under with anesthesia as such I can only say I was breathing when released. During my recovery at home on both occasions I experienced plenty of soreness from the procedure plus bruises on other parts of my body. Just had a Carthage repaired in my right knee last week, I mean you expect some degree of soreness right?
