Beautiful view. The dam was closed, so the water was very low. We were hoping to see rapids, but there was barely any water at all. We walked to about halfway out on the walking bridge. The view was mostly the rock bottom, but it was gorgeous. Not really worth the hour and a half drive there just for that, but it was still better than not getting to see anything noteworthy at all. What an adventure! Seeing the ruins of the visitor's center/gift shop is difficult since it's fenced and gated and has privacy screens, but just the Centennial Olympics bridge is worth the trip! I recommend visiting the site and then researching the games that were held here, not the other way around. In this way, there is no disappointment in what's no longer there that was, only awe for what still is.
There hasn't been a center here for a couple years. It burnt. The bridge is still there as well as walkways
