Went to pick up my truck and Josh said he was not happy with the outcome and asked if he could have more time. Pride in your work, that means a lot. Some people may have gotten upset at what happened to me but ultimately the business did the right thing and I would 100% be back because they were honest and actually cared about me. The details: I called ahead to verify they had my sized tire in stock and after a brief hold they did. So I drove over there, and when he went to pull the tire, he double checked it and noticed there was a nail hole that wasn’t clearly marked and even with me, asking him to try and patch it, or plug it, he told me he wouldn’t be able to safely ... read more
