They have a BAD problem with providing customers with someone to answer questions. Took 3 days to get someone. BUT she was so good it was worth the wait! She answered all questions and helped me in ways I never knew I needed help ! Thank u Teresa !

Don’t understand why it so hard to get a refill on tank. My brother a handicapped veteran has been without gas for heat and hot water 4 days no one answers phone. He left message 3 days ago he needed an emergency fill. So in respect he is a very unsatisfied customer and looking for alternatives. I wish I could do a minus star for ratings.
The drivers at this company are the most disrespectful men I have ever had to deal with. Not only is the office person Tiffany extremely rude and snide, the drivers are the same way. Guy Devin in particular. I would be afraid to have him come to my house ever again. I guess companies don’t care how their employees treat customers. We order gas over two weeks ago still haven’t seen it its been cold and down to freezing we have been out for Almost two weeks hope they bring it before the snow hits again
