I am/was brand new patient and I called at 8 am to inform them I need to reschedule my appointment because of an emergency at work. (I work in the healthcare) I was informed by the lady on the phone I would be charged $50 for canceling. I understand my appointment was same day for 2pm, but I called right away in the morning. The staff is so nice. Office is eazy for a handicap person to get around in. My hygienist was very professional and very caring and very informative about what I need to do.
