The BEST!!
My husband and I cut down a tree recently but Friday's bulk hasn't picked it up in a few weeks. I called the city and Gilda picked up right away, no holding or prompts. She was so sweet and told me she was going to reach out to her supervisor. That was at 12:10pm on a Friday. Steve was here picking up our bulk by 12:45pm, same day! I doubt people leave the trash reviews but this was excellent service. Another reason to add to why we love living in this city!
