Had an appointment between 8-10 this morning. At 10 no one had called or arrived. Called and was told they would be there at 11. Politely reminded them of my appointment time. At 11:15 was told it would be another hour and forty minute wait. No thank you!!! I will not spend my entire day off waiting for your unprofessional repairman.
Very unprofessional, DO NOT CALL!! In less than 5 minutes, "said we cannot fix" and took my $55.00. No help or suggestions. They gave the Disable Veterans Nurse for my brother a hard time and threatened to call the police because she was concerned who was coming in the door. (That’s her job to watch Veterans safety) English is not good as well. Stay away from this company. UNPROFESSIONAL!!
