Used this service for a long time and food was pretty good. Then all of a sudden, I stopped receiving my food despite having an order in (3 weeks in a row) and no one is answering my emails about it... so frustrating.
I don't know if I should be reviewing Oco Meals or Citizens Table. Nevertheless, my experience started with using Oco Meals at the beginning of the pandemic. Originally I thought they were great and they had many good meals. Then they split Oco meals into two versions - one I guess was their new subscription service and other was a more classic pick what you want service.
