Consider driving! Scary being next to one of the drivers. No indicators. Wouldn’t trust them based on their driving skills
This company does not deserve to be in business, they have left the elderly, disabled and cancer stricken with no heating for over 10 weeks, and the staff are very rude and disrespectful and unhelpful I know that OCO will put thank you for the negative review but you deserve all the negative reviews because you are a useless company
I had to deal with the company during multiple visits through Southwark Council so I can't choose a provider. They're unprofessional and often incompetent. I suggest being careful when allowing them to work around your house. Most of their staff is rude and will not be careful in any way not to damage the property. Ridiculous company. I don’t understand why Southwark use this company. They’ve been to my property at ten times, in the last five months. Still haven’t fixed the heating. I don’t know what they do when they come here.
Very hard to contact. I have been trying to speak to an operator for 2 days now to confirm their scheduled visit to my flat. And true enough nobody came.
