The worst imaging place I have ever been to. The staff is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The premises are dirty. You don’t even want to sit on the chairs. They charge for the procedure and do not provide you with a report. If you want a report or images you have to pay $45.00. They increase the charge from $25 to $45. I hope with UCI next door they close down. I will never go there again.
Refused to provide me with a copy of my report the first time and did not obtain report from prior Scans at another facility for comparison as requested by my doctor. Next Scheduled scan was cancelled at my arrival because there was no technician.
very rude and unprofessional. Mary has no patience and doesn't know how to work under pressure. how are you going to say u don't have time to help and then transfer to someone who wasn't able to help me.
Beware, when going to this Imaging Center, they use equipment that doesn't always work well, as you can see from this picture. They also dont pay for services rendered. Good luck
The receptionist was so rude I couldn’t even make an appointment, she just wanted me off the phone.
