If there was 0 stars that’s what this pathetic company would get!! Don’t ever use this company!! Be careful using this company because if you voluntarily give your vehicle back they’ll take you to small claims court stating you’ve been none compliant but a PERSON can’t be compliant if they new absolutely nothing about the car being sold at an auction!!! That’s what they’re currently doing to me! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone nor even my worst enemy!! Pathetic company!!
Terrible experience. Like what others said it's worse than signing a contract with the devil. Absolutely scummy how high the interest rates are and no help with issues with car. Engine blew out and they don't help with any resolution.
Candice told me I am uneducated and Rui V sent me into a PTSD episode so..... Avoid these agents. The entire company seems to have no compassion or understanding for anything.
0 stars Don't exist But take NOTE: 🤯🤥🤢🤮 Forget refinancing, or ease to pay off your loan. The interest rates are over the roof, car worth 15k you will end up paying 36k. They make sure to complicate your life even if you wanted to payoff all the car. SO DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO GET A LOAN FROM A CARTEL AVOID IF YOU LIKE YOUR WALLET.
Loan sharks. They tell you anything. If you are with them the interest rate will go down still paying 18 % . A lié. I had a car loan for 3 and half years and paying more then I brought it 3 years ago. Do the math. It don't add up 20 000$ and I owe 23.000$ today. Car worth 7k.
