Excellent Business I've done business with the O'Clock Shoppe several times over the last six or eight years. They are an excellent business in all respects so far as a customer would expect. Our 1880 vintage wall pendulum clock fell to the floor when its wall hanger failed, damaging the clock mechanism and breaking all but one side pane of glass. The O'Clock Shoppe folks repaired it, including new glass, for less than $100 and did it in about a week. I thought this was very reasonable.

Poor customer service The owner has poor customer service. It took three half months to clean and adjust my clock.

Great owner-operated clock shop O'Clock Shoppe is a great old-fashioned owner-operated shop. It's nothing fancy but the owner and other staff we have dealt with are always friendly and helpful. They know what they are talking about. It's fun to stop in now and then to see what kind of clocks they are selling. My husband bought me a HUGE wall clock that I had been eyeing that was hanging in the window and I love it. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend for clocks and clock work.

not very clean The store is not very nice or clean. It seems pretty old but the service is very good. The people provide good service.

David I have had many clocks repaired and have bought several clocks there. Have always been treated fair. He stands behind his work and I trust his expertise. Thanks for all your help.

Mentally retired but appears to be there physically I dropped off my family's cuckoo clock and was told "he'd call". Nothing. Weeks passed and no call. I went in and was treated to a session of arm waving and verbal abuse. They hadn't even looked at it. His wife constantly put herself between him and me as if to keep him from doing something to me. I PURCHASED A HOWARD MILLER GRANDFATHER CLOCK FROM THE SHOPPE AND I LOVE IT, I GOT IT TO KEEP ALMOST PERFECT TIME IT IS ONLY OFF BY 30 SECONDS ABOUT EVERY 6 MONTHS, I RECENTLY PURCHASED ONE OF THE CLOCKS THAT HAS A MOVING FACE AND PLAYS A DIFFERENT TUNE ON EVERY HOUR, LEE IS HONEST AND RUNS A GOOD SHOPPE, I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERY TIME....
