Private equity-owned patient mill that makes you wait an average of 1.5 hours per visit. I am losing trust in the quality of their medical care.
I'm a patient at the Rockville Ctr office, the doctors are fantastic. However patient follow up is awful. I had a eye infection and needed my script renewed. Called left message was told someone would respond within 24 hours. Tried again 5 hours later and finally spoke to someone, she confirmed someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Called again 26 hours later (don't want to be annoying!!!) and told the script was called into a compounding pharmacy at 2PM the PREVIOUS day. Nobody called, lost a whole day of treatment.
