Very nice office, pleasant staff. Intake tech was courteous and explained things well. Dr. Chubach is someone I would recommend.
I was very unhappy with the care I received by all the "technicians" or whatever they are called. These people do all the testing, a different person for each test. They do not talk clearly to seniors, then seem to get annoyed when I asked them to repeat what they are saying. They did not explain what the tests were. One of these technicians kept on swinging me in this little roll chair to get my eye in this machine to take a photo. This swinging was making me dizzy and I asked her to please stop it.
