Never picks up the phone. Took money for surgery and never scheduled the appt
If I could give them a minus star, I would. This is the worst practice I have ever experienced in my life. It is like going to a factory. There is no way to contact a live person after hours -- not even the doctor on call will call you back! I had a procedure done on my eye and was supposed to begin medication immediately. I was advised that it was called into my pharmacy. When I went to my pharmacy to pick it up, I was told that nothing was called in. I received a different diagnosis than what I had previously been told by another doctor. I am glad I brought my astigmatism glasses with me, because it became clear that in the past they had been focusing on a different issue. During this visit, cataracts were also mentioned for the first time, although I was told that surgery is not needed (!). There was some confusion with my prescriptions. 5/5 My dad had his cataract surgery done here and had a great experience, so I came in for a LASIK consultation. Dr. Morschauser could’ve easily taken my money, but she was upfront and told me I didn’t need it. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel totally comfortable the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, not just the business. Really appreciate her honesty and professionalism.
Been a patient for about 20years, besides waiting over half an hour for scheduled visit the billing Dept. Is terrible. Received a letter from a collection agency with a law firm header. Never received a bill. Never had a collection agency issue. Will never go back or recommend again. This goes for my wife, mother and any other family or friends that we have recommended.
