Very disappointed with OCLI Vision in Garden City. My wife was handed multiple forms to sign before her appointment, but nobody clearly explained that certain tests might not be covered by insurance. We have both medical and vision insurance and were surprised to receive a bill afterward. Getting answers was nearly impossible.
