Not very happy with service received. Thats all I will say.
A family member had to go in to the ER on New Year Eve, and the hospital staff was exceptional! They took good care of my family member, addressed the problem quickly, and all of them treated us very well. Good customer service and bedside manner. NP was knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to understand our needs. She did a full workup to rule out further damage/complications, and kept us abreast of the results.
