In the waiting room as I’m typing this. Front desk lady and my practitioner were sweet as can be and very helpful. Nurse who came to give me the shot in my, hip not so much. I came for knee pain as I could barely walk and get up. How do you rush a person with such pain to get up and get a shot in their hip, when they didn’t even know where they were receiving said shot? I love going to to urgent care because it fast and I get the service i need and the doctor and staff are just wonderful
The front disk was rude but the person who check my blood pressure and weight was super nice & the doctor was so nice too but the lady who gave my my paper work got mad because I said it’s the wrong pharmacy location can you change it and ran her mouth to her coworkers while I was still there she could of talk to me as a adult I tried to apologize if I sounded mean and she said bye bye
This place should close immediately!!! The person in front of you is super rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for an hour and a half for her to say "bye" (textual words) in the end because She didn't know how to put my insurance on the computer. I called my insurance company and she told me that everything was fine and she kept saying that something was wrong, and she didn’t want to talk to my agent insurance when she didn't know what to do she told me "bye" and I enduring a horrible pain all that time. I didn't like having to be there, but I loved the way I was cared for. From start to finish, everyone was kind and genuinely cared about my situation. Thanks to everyone there for making my hard situation just a little better by caring.
