I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. Multiple visits over the course of 8 years and it is awful every single time. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other urgent cares in town.
I’ve never been treated or spoken to so poorly by a healthcare professional in my entire life. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. I will not be going back ever again.
The Staff there are so helpful, and pleasant. Dr. Alyssa Alton was so kind and understanding and I appreciated her help with my illness. If you are looking for a caring and professional urgent care that is truly wonderful and caring, I highly recommend Ochsner Urgent Care in .Mandeville.
Our much loved pediatrician is an hour away so, I use this place as a closer resource when my kids get sick. The team here is awesome. They’re unbelievably patient, kind, courteous, compassionate and even fun. They’re great with my kiddos. Every time I come here I intend to leave a google review because they’re so impressive. I’m finally taking a moment to do it now. Best. Staff. Ever. I’m really grateful. Thank you all for the many ways you’ve helped us through illnesses!
Ochner is now a Redy Med ? Isn't that a copyright infringement on the real Ready Med facilitys that coined the name ? Wish their billing system was as ready as their so-called Redy Med . It has taken them over 9 months to disclose all the billings from over a year ago . St Tam. Hosp. never had that problem. They want you to know formost what your billings total so you can prepare your wallet when they operate .
