Clinic was very clean.Staff were very sweet.
Don’t come here if you have a sinus infection… I told them that ever since I was a baby (i’m 22 years old) I can’t fight off colds on my own. It always turns bacterial and every time without fail I need antibiotics to get rid of it. They refused to call me in antibiotics. I know my body and I know I’ll be back in a different urgent care within the next few days asking for antibiotics because again, whether it’s covid or a common cold I need antibiotics. This place is a joke. They will take the registration form and schedule YOU for a physical and urinalysis, but when you get there the receptionist has no idea what you're talking about. It's like she has perpetual "it's my first day here" syndrome or something. They the best part is they forget to schedule someone to actually DO the physical and urinalysis... Biggest waste of my time
Went in this morning around 11 , told them I had a sinus infection , I get these all the time . I told them I was allergic to cats and that’s what triggered it . I got a steroid shot , however no antibiotics when I called Walgreens , they said they had got me something for itching . Never said I was itching and actually did tell the dr I needed a z pack . so I called the office in the evening to tell them the shot really didn’t do anything and I know my body needs an antibiotic ….
