Plenty of parking, great office staff and medical staff. Wish they were open a bit more and easier to reach by phone or they're app. We're visiting for several months so they are not our primary and we end up needing to stop by since we can't teach them via their app, phone or messaging...
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. The nurses were so nice but the nurse practitioner, Ron Miller, was AWFUL! He was so condescending and rude and made me feel so ignorant. I took my 6 month old baby to get checked for a UTI knowing how severe they are and he questioned why I would even think coming there was necessary telling me obviously her fever was from her current known ear infection she had (prior to this visit). I brought my husband in because he cut his hand while cooking. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. We were called back almost immediately and the staff were very kind and personable. The provider took time while evaluating and suturing my husband’s hand, he engaged in conversation with us and put us at ease while we were back there. I highly recommend this urgent care and will be returning whenever we have a medical need. Thank you to all the staff for a great experience!
If I could give zero stars I would. We have been going to this location for years and never had a problem until today. I brought my six month old in with a swollen finger due to what appeared to be a bug bite but my concern was staph being that it was swollen. I breastfeed my baby and he ended up getting fussy while waiting for the doctor so I fed him. The male doctor ended up coming in while I was feeding him and rushed out saying “oh Jesus” a female nurse then came and told me to let her know when I finished. I finished up... read more
We came in for an emergency pediatric visit with my little one, and from check-in to care, every nurse and staff member was so comforting, attentive, and kind. They even made light jokes with my son to help ease his nerves. While I didn’t catch the names of the attending nurses last night or the one who checked us in, I want to say how much I appreciated all of them — both from yesterday and today. Thank you.
