I started Ochsner PT-Ascension for peroneal tendon repair of my right foot. My PT, Kallie Stewart is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. My therapy session always starts on time. She answers any questions I may have about my recovery. This past week I started weight-bear exercises and was nervous, but Kallie encouraged me and it went well. Ashley Wells PT is amazing, displayed true passion for her career. She’s calming, funny, relatable, patient, understanding, communicative & overall assisted greatly in minimizing/relieving pain! Everything she suggested works if you’re consistent & willing, truly will set you up for success during & after therapy!
Great experience until we got the bill!! $800 per visit is a bit much for any kind of service!! Also, they say to email but never respond or make things right!!
