I love this pharmacy. Keyan and Karina the pharmacy technicians have been taking great care of me and the pharmacists MK, Brian, and Elise are super friendly, professional, proactive and just do great business centered on patient care. Ochsner should take pride in the exceptionalism of their retail pharmacy team here in Slidell. I come in once or twice a month and this team is just on it every time. They can be very busy but they are well staffed and it shows, just wanted to give a shout out!
Always great service and staff BUT I have to wait every time I go to pick up meds. Following the MyOchser prescription refill request process even 2 or 3 days before I come for pick up does NO GOOD.
Friendly staff , informative & kind ..also fast & will send notices when med are ready..THANKS TO ALL🦋
I just deleted a book of a review. It comes down to the staff over the past 6 years or so have been nothing but great. Today they exceeded my expectations, meeting the Awesome category...
