Just terrible ! Was given a Prescription for medication on Wednesday and its still not ready Friday at OMC Baptist.
This afternoon, I visited the Ochsner Napoleon Pharmacy and was surprised and shocked at some of the employees sorted conversations. They may or may not have realized how obvious and loud they were cursing, telling vulgar stories and showing unprofessional conduct. Please talk with them - all of them are front line employees and should act as such. Aside from that, the employees who waited on me were very professional.
