A young pharmacist helped my dad and she was very nice and her name was Panzi even checked my dad at the consultation window so he didn’t have to wait in the line Great customer service Long line though
Have generally had a great experience with this pharmacy until it came down to transferring prescriptions. I moved out of state and needed prescriptions transferred. Not sure what Ochsner did with my prescriptions, but the receiving pharmacy never got them. I called to discuss and was told “well we sent them over on this date” and then she hung up the phone on me. Incredibly rude and not helpful.
I agree with the person that made the last comment this is the worst Pharmacy as far as responding to phone calls it's ridiculous they do not answer the phone at all I been calling for about 2 days straight no matter what time you call you will not get an answer
