I needed to call ahead to inform them when I was picking up my RX. Got through on Saturday and was told to call back today, Sunday. I have been trying for the last 4 hours for anyone to pick up the phone. No one is picking up. Now I have to bus it up there to inform them I will be picking up my meds and to make sure it was available. This is unexceptionable. The higher ups need to look into this. ASAP as many of us have complained.
It has been a struggle trying to get all of my scripts to fall on the same day for pickup. I had it all aligned because parking is so difficult. but then every month there’s some issue with them and I have to wait days to pick up. When I’m there it’s fine but getting a hold of them on the phone is impossible. I’ve called for 20 mins straight and no one has answered. Very unprofessional.
The overnight pharmacist, Jeremy, was pleasure to speak to! Kind, compassionate, and quick with our medications needed. I know he is an asset to the team!
