Great facility and great trainers! Coach Evan is awesome!
Ochsner Performance - BR offers a great workout and training experience. I love the way the OchFit/OchPower workouts are alternated weekly, and that we are routinely tested to determine our progress. It's also nice having workouts written by all Ochsner trainers so they're always different and challenging. Will and Peyton are attentive and encouraging, ensuring we use proper form and providing accommodations when needed.
