Doctor Fuerst was the MOST INCREDIBLE doctor we’ve ever met, and everyone working at this clinic was so wonderful... Our toddler has strabismus, a condition she’ll have to manage for the rest of her life. It’s hard choosing the right doctor to trust with your child’s eyesight. I had a great experience here today with the Nurse Jennifer I think and Dr McGhee was EXCELLENT with my son (3) She displayed a great profound professionalism and is very knowledgable on her specialty. We will be back!
Jasmine, maybe return some phone calls. I called 3 times in 2 weeks. Not 1 person called me back. I was told by 3 people someone would call me to schedule an appointment. No one did.
Be prepared to wait 2 hours or longer to see a doctor. They call you back for the assistant to do a quick vision check and then they put you into another waiting room to sit forever. I get that they are the main campus but add more doctors or something.
This place has the longest wait time. If you come here be prepared to wait in the back for over hour plus. You go from one waiting area to another. Why book people to have them sit for hours. I was the first person in the evening, and still had to wait for over an hour. My appointment time was for 1pm, and it's after 2pm still here. This is not my first eye test and never has it taken this long. They should tell you you need to take off work for this. Now they say someone has to have a procedure done.
