Horrible experience. I went to Ochsner this morning to be treated terribly by the front desk. The girl who works there obviously hates her job! I walked in and asked if they-did X-rays. She looked at be like I had 4 heads but wouldn’t answer. At one point she yelled at me saying I want listening to her! Rudest person I have ever encountered in a medical facility. It just gets worse. I don’t typically write reviews but felt the strong need to do so today. NO BED SIDE MANNERS WHATSOEVER!!! If I could rate this as a negative I would. The customer service is horrific. I watched as each patient came in for services. They have very strong negative attitudes. We waited for an hour before being seen. We stepped out to retrieve insurance information.
