On7/30/2020 I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Courtney L. Shappley DO. When I arrived, her Nurse Judith, expedited my paperwork and the needed lab results. Nurse Judith listened to my concerns and took clear notes. Dr. Shappley saw me as soon as the lab results were available. Dr. Shappley was welcoming and unfailingly polite.(Old Fashioned Manners in Danger of Dying Out).
