I had a horrible experience at main campus ED after a bad car accident Friday. There was only one person, my triage nurse, who was actually kind and cared. Both my doctors were abrupt, irritable and condescending. My nurses never told me their names. They were both rude and dismissive and at one point I sat in my own pee for 45 minutes because no one would answer the nurse call button. Never again! I have pneumonia I’ve been struggling and been to the doctor my mom brought me here because I wasn’t getting better I barely have a voice and we have never dealt with pneumonia ever. I had the worst doctor she was nonchalant and rude. I was in a hallways for 2 hours where other patients were around me in an open area I could hear everything about them and they heard everything about me, giving ivs and all in the hallway. Parking is atrocious—30 or minutes to find a spot when some folks are in dire straights! ER patient seating and overall employee workspace is way too cramped! Half hearted cleaning workers, instead of moving things out of the way to clean under they go around the dirt, and did not think about bending over to pick up trash so they just left it. Multiple times and two different workers in different areas! No drinking water accessible! Other than that I love Och
