I had been having terrible issues with pressure and pain in my head. I saw many doctors. They couldn’t explain the cause or find a reason. I researched side effects of the medication and eliminated 3 that could be the cause for my symptoms due to side effects. Everybody at this clinic is sweet as can be, from the receptionist to the doctor. I have been going here for the last 5 months and do not have a one complaint! Yall keep doing what you're doing!
I love love my provider. Been with for years, followed to this location, which is logistically , way out of my way 75 miles round trip. BUT NOW the wait time is too long. MANAGEMENT IS OVER BOOKING FOR MONEY, NOT THE GOOD OF PROVIDERS & PATIENTS. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment, checked in, waited 10 minutes nurse vitals etc. After, ONE HOUR & 15 minutes, my provider came to exam room. In the meantime I heard the hallways and doors . For private insurance holders who are seeking a primary care doctor, be prepared for multiple bills per standard office visit. Ochsner seems to be billing office visits as outpatient (or another billing code) rendering my co-pay useless. A $35 doctors appointment turns into a $200 to $400 appt and multiple claims to insurance.
