The check in started out Rough as the receptionist wasn't familiar with my primary insurance and said she needed to verify it being active and the coverage. I've No idea why that wasn't taken care of in advance especially since I completed the e check in. I had been having terrible issues with pressure and pain in my head. I saw many doctors. They couldn’t explain the cause or find a reason. I researched side effects of the medication and eliminated 3 that could be the cause for my symptoms due to side effects. Today I saw Jennifer cypher because I was feeling much better after deleting the 3 drugs but wanted medical advice as one was for blood pressure. I wanted to be safe with this issue. Everybody at this clinic is sweet as can be, from the receptionist to the doctor. I have been going here for the last 5 months and do not have a one complaint! Yall keep doing what you're doing!
