I went here for my procedure and now they no longer send my doctor or any other doctor to West Monroe. When I am in Shreveport they will not see me and want to schedule me out 2-4 months. It has already been 2 months past when I was supposed to be seen again. Worst service and do not recommend using them for your procedure.
I did not receive any adequate help by this place in the almost 2 months of being a patient here. I was originally referred to Anna Watson for chronic blood in the urine and recurrent UTI. I saw her in office once, then she went on maternity leave. Since then, I've been bounced around by providers via telephone and telemed. The staff is very kind and professional when dealing with clients during this COVID 19 pandemic. Everyone is treated fairly and asked to follow posted guidelines.
