I brought my son in a couple of months ago as he was having trouble breathing and felt like his throat was closing. We are right down the street from this urgent care, so we rushed here for him to be checked and were instantly rejected, the lady at the front desk said sorry, we aren’t taking anymore patients as we are too busy. Brought my Mom in today and the level of care my Mom got was exceptional from both nurses and Doctor. I highly recommend this place.
I visited here in July 2025 for a urgent care related visit for the first time. I’ve heard that Ochsner was a great health care team with many resources to benefit from. Including all the different specialties they offer every where. Upon walking in, the receptionist was welcoming and kind. I was seen very quickly. The nursing staff was sweet and respectful.
