BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!!! I think this place is scamming the insurance companies. I am filing complaints with the State Insurance Board and The Board of Pharmacies as well as the State Attorney Generals Office. After a year of having my CPAP Supplies Ordered every 3 month and not receiving them. Every time I called to see why they did not ship I had to hold for 20 minutes every time. Then they would give a different story every time as to why they did not ship. Who ever is running this operation needs to be put in prison! FRAUD!... read more

I just cancelled my order there after waiting for 2 months without progress for my equipment. My status stayed in “verifying insurance” for months. However, when I directly called my insurance, they stated that Ochsner only called but never made a claim. It does not take MONTHS to verify insurance that was already used with an agency. This is a pattern as it happened with my first large purchase from Ochsner. I will now purchase my equipment from a local business.
