Established care with Dr. Jenny Kuo as my primary care physician. Could not be more impressed. She is incredibly thorough, detailed, patient, and a great listener. Left feeling confident that this was a perfect choice for my medical care.
I may or may not need surgery on my toe. I was advised by the doctor that I had to go home call the insurance company myself to find out what is and what is not covered. I thought she was joking. So I asked at the front desk on my way out, and they confirmed that the billing specialist here at this office are not capable of calling your insurance and making arrangements for you, you have to go home and call them yourself and then call the doctor back to make your appointment after you find out what is and what is not covered... read more
