Check in was fast, efficient. You're greeted on the 1st floor and directed where to go. Patient access in the office was awesome and I remember her from last year.
Overall good experience from check-in to check out. Staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable . Visit was very comfortable
I approached PT with trepidation, not wanting anything to hurt worse. Kevin listened to my concerns and I had a good first session. Happy to be on the road to improvement at a location close to home.
