I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the quality of care my sister received during her recent hospitalization at Ochsner St. Bernard. She was admitted to rule out a NSTEMI with a known history of hypertension, yet the care she received did not reflect the urgency or seriousness of her condition. Dr. Karen Lo, is very unprofessional. I booked an appointment twice to see this doctor and each time I came, I was rescheduled. I Highly recommend you do not book An appointment with this doctor. Obviously, her needs are more important than the patient’s! I am very upset. This is the second time I took time out of my work schedule to see this doctor. Do not waste your time. Trying to get an appointment with this doctor.
My experience was pure joy and satisfaction. I arrived with an amputated finger and they immediately were compassionate, caring , gentle and concerned. They all treated me with love and respect and kindness. Great Services and Providers
