My wife is the patient. She said it was very clean, neat, and all of the staff were professional , polite and very friendly. She got to see the dr quickly and he listened and was concerned with what she had to say or had questions with. She said it was a great experience as far as doctor visits go and she was happy. Keep up the great job.
Staff was very friendly, facility is quaint.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Butt for almost 20 years so I’ve had experience with this office before and after his connection with Ochsner . After the purchase the location was about the same until the personnel changes it has steadily gotten worse. I see Dr Butt every 3 months and have the first appointment every time. Last visit the receptionist was late getting there and opening the door, the nurse brought me to the exam room where I sat until 9:00 and hearing other patients being seen by the doctor.
