Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ochsner Health Center - Old Metairie. I experienced a seven-day lapse in medication because my refill was not sent to the pharmacy in time, despite multiple attempts to contact the office. During that time, I became very ill from abruptly stopping the medication and was left without clear communication or assistance.
