I love this place, my kids love this place. There's toys for the kids to play with in the exam rooms so they aren't bored. All of the character pictures on the walls are so cute as well and make for lovely conversation starters with the kids. And of course, Dr. Ortiz and her staff are so inviting and kind. I was so nervous having to find a new pediatrician when we moved here, because I am sure most parents have encountered an unpleasant one at some point. It's been a relief to not have to shop around for care!
The place is convenient for me . The front end person is kind of cold . The nurse is very pleasant . Dr Fontant is pleasant and always on time She also listen if you have any issues
Location is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly & helpful. NP Laketra Whitney was extremely thorough, truly listened, and was so welcoming. She made my experience very comfortable.
They schedule appointments and when you make it to them they reschedule them all. The doctors are never there. They show no care or interest in what expecting mothers are goin through. Definitely not worth visiting ocshner.
