Eddie Roubal has been a super trainer for me. He’s been right on with his recommendations. Eddie and I have worked together all summer in the Fit Lab. He knows how to work with chronic pain which I appreciated so much. Thank you Eddie for your wisdom and encouragement.

I have been in the Heart FITT program for 6 months. Mr. Mike Wolf is our director- instructor. I look forward to the class being with friends and getting a workout at the same time. I have been a member for a long time because of the great amenities but it wasn't until COVID happened that I got the courage to get a personal trainer to try my dream of powerlifting. Totally changed my life for the better. Not only did I get stronger but more confident in and out of the gym and I will be forever grateful to my trainer Randy Burgard and continue my journey at Elmwood.
