Our experience with the Childcare/Kidsports at Ochsner has been great! We’ve had our 2-year-old attend a couple of times per week for the past few months. The team is kind and listens to any concerns you have. Azia and Kandace have been especially helpful and have implemented great changes for the childcare, like limiting tv/screen time and adding in daily dancing and art activities. I pay way too much for this membership to be treated with disrespect. Last two Fridays the people working at the front desk was rude for no reason. A young guy and young lady. Please Leave your problems at home. Treat people nice and do your job. It's really easy. I would've been okay if you just didn't say anything before checking in. No one has time for negative energy we already have to deal with that at home or work. Just be respectful that's all
I really love this place. From childcare options to expansive class options to a robust class schedule and additional activities like pickleball, raquetball, ping pong, sauna, basketball, etc, my son and I love spending quality time here and I love focusing on my fitness here. This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. I really enjoy Spin class with Mark Mavor on Thursdays. It is always enjoyable with great music and he is a great instructor.
