I’ve been a member here for a year, solely because there are no other good outdoor swimming options in the area. I exclusively use the outdoor pools and the changing rooms, and unfortunately, the experience has been highly disappointing. Right from the start, the sales tour skipped the showers and amenities and I quickly found out why. Security guard is incompetent. Lack of communication by all staff and unwillingness to help.
Member for over a year and a half. Not worth the pricey membership. Machines are often crowded and some members needlessly use bench presses for bodyweight exercises. Staff switched my annual membership to a monthly with no notice of the price increase. You have to spend $10 per month at their juice bar/snack shack or else it will be added to your monthly payment- so your membership is $10 extra per month than what is listed.
