The nurse was very nice. The check-in lady was also very nice. The doctor I saw did not make me feel heard. It felt like everything that I said was ignored. I was disappointed and Ochsner should be ashamed of this level of care that their doctors are giving
I’m honestly really disappointed with this experience. I came in hoping to establish care with a new provider, but instead I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable. From the moment the provider entered the room, the interaction felt tense and unwelcoming, which immediately put me on edge. When I tried to explain my current symptoms, I felt like I was being brushed off and redirected back to my pre-existing conditions instead of being listened to.
