My Sister and I started with Dr. Ochs after we both had several years of serious health issues.We have been going weekly for about ten months. we could barely get up the stairs when we started. Now we both can climb the stairs (and decend them) without problems. We are both driving and back to work and volunteering. We continue with our weekly visits and continue to gain strength, and vitality and have much less pain!

Dr. Ochs is extremely thorough and very informative in her chiropractic approach. She takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and meets you where you are.
I've been going to Dr. Ochs for about 6 months now. I've been dealing with a number of issues such as nasal pressure and jaw pain. I'm also a CMT and deal with over exertion to my right shoulder. Her Nasal Specific treatment has completely opened up my sinuses. I can breathe better and even noticed better alignment in my teeth. The jaw release has helped with not only jaw pain but neck and shoulder pain as well. Her cupping therapy helps me continue to work on my clients without pain. I highly reccomend her treatments.
