Not only is Shamika the best masseuse in town but her yoga class is absolutely AMAZING! Her class is welcoming with no judgement set in a very slow paced relaxed environment. If you haven’t signed up for a yoga class yet, you are missing out.
Absolutely amazing hands and feet for that matter. Shamika is really in tune with the human anatomy. She can find problem areas without my saying it's a problem. My favorite is the Thai Massage. I am a cooked noodle when she is finished with me! It gets better every time. Highly recommended!!!
I had a restorative/yin yoga session with Quantanique and it was so needed! She has a calming voice and smooth guiding in her yoga transitions. I love how she offers flowers and stickers to take home! Definitely coming again :)

Incredible experience. Best massage I’ve ever gotten! Shamika’s calming energy and expertise allowed me to relax for the first time in a while. Feeling so much relief after my 90 minute session with her! Can’t wait to go back.
